Erk!

Baru dapat surat from insolvency company. Our landlord just went into receivership!!
Maksudnya, landlord dah bankrupt. So rumah diambil alih oleh receiver/bank.
Or dengan kata lainnya, we will be kicked out soon!
Mama tried to call the company few times but still haven’t got the chance to talk to person in charged. Nak tahu what’s their plan and arrangement. Bila nk kena pindah. Rumah tu diorang nk jual ker?

highly likely we will have to move after our contract end which is about 2 months from now. Mama and papa mmg dah plan nk beli rumah, tapi tak kan lah dpt beli rumah dalam masa 2 bulan kot? Arghhh… sesak nafas mama jadiknya.. hopefully diorang let us stay for few more months.. masalah dgn renting kat sini, bukan boleh sesuka hati nak masuk 2-3 bulan, then nk blah. Semua ada contract. At least 6 months. tu pun jarang2 boleh dapat yg 6 months contract, unless you have rent the place for over a year, boleh la dibawak berbincang..

or maybe if they want to sell this apartment, mama agak berminat lah memandangkan mama memang sayang sangat pun this place.. cumaa.. mama sebenarnya kalau boleh nk beli rumah . yang ada tanah. Boleh lah kite main kejar2 kat belakang rumah time summer.. or tanam bunga waktu musim spring, or built a snowman ketika musim winter.. tapi mana nk carik dlm masa 2 bulan ni…. kalau nak duduk atas tanah, kena pindah jauh sikit drpd city centre. Kawasan mana? Mcm mana mama nk travel to work? mana nk hantar Z ke crèche?

at least this apartment is in my familiar area. And will be a good investment too. Very centrally located, so in future kalau nak jual pun x de masalah.. kalau tak nak jual pun, memang confirm boleh disewakan.. harga rumah tgh merudum sekarang, so a good time to buy. tapi nak ke diorang jual, kalau rental income tu lagi untung drpd jual. sigh.. pening lah.. bila tanya papa, mcm biasa lah, ‘ikut suka ayang lah’.

nak beli rumah kot, bukan nak beli baju papa ooiii… (-.-)
